Amazon Fire Phone

Amazon Fire Phone has just announced by Amazon and it is expected to hit the shop by July, 2014. Let us see the official specifications of this Smartphone.

It comes with the support of 2G, 3G and 4G. It has Nano-SIM slot for SIM card. The display is of  IPS LCD Capacitive touch screen with Multi Touch facility and it displays up to 16M colors. The screen is guarded by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for both front side & back side.

It has a 3.5mm jack for Head Phones, Loud Speaker but no FM Radio support. The Call alerts are by Vibration, polyphonic and MP3 ringtones.

The internal memory supports 32 GB or 64 GB storage supported by 2 GB RAM and there is no external card slot support. The connectivity includes GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi facilities, Bluetooth, NFC and micro USB.

It comes with 13 Mega pixel camera, with autofocus, LED flash and Geo-Tagging facility. The Video recording is available in 1080p@30fps and there is a 2.1 MP secondary camera facility available in this model.

It comes with a Non-Removable Li-ion battery with stand by time of up to 285 hours for both 2G & 3G and the talk time is up to 22 hours for both 2G & 3G.

It uses Amazon Fire OS and supports SMS, MMS, E-mail, push Email, IM, HTML5 browser and GPS. It is available only in Black color. The price range for this handset is about 480 EUR.

The other features includes SNS integration, MP3 and MP4 player, Document viewer, Firefly technology and photo viewer facilities are available.
