Samsung Galaxy W model has been announced in June 2014 and it is expected to hit the shop by July, 2014. Let us see the details of this Android smartphone.

It comes with the support of 2G, 3G and 4G only. It has Micro-SIM slot for SIM card. The display is of TFT Capacitive touch screen with Multi Touch facility and it displays up to 16M colors. The most important feature of this handset is the 7 inch display which is now the hot topic around the smartphone users.

It has a 3.5mm jack for Head Phones, Loud Speaker support. The Call alerts are by Vibration and MP3 /WAV ringtones.

The internal memory supports 16 GB storage supported by 1.5 GB RAM and external Micro SD card slot supports up to 64 GB. The connectivity includes GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi facilities, Bluetooth, NFC and micro USB.

It comes with 8 Mega pixel camera, with autofocus, LED flash and Geo-Tagging facility. The Video recording is available in 1080p@30fps and there is a 2 MP secondary camera facility available.

It uses Android OS (Jelly Bean version) and supports SMS, MMS, RSS, E-mail, push Email, IM, HTML browser, GPS and JAVA. It is available in Black, Red and White colors. The price range of this handset is about 360 EUR.

The other features includes SNS integration, ANT+ support, MP3 and MP4 player, Organizer, Photo viewer, voice memo/dial and predictive text input facilities are available.
